Custom decal pricing is not provided by phone. The artwork has to be submitted for review. The preferred format for making the decals is a vector (line art) ai, eps or pdf. If vector artwork is not available we may be able to trace a high resolution jpg, png or bmp. The quality of the trace is only as good as the artwork provided.
Mail Order Information:
Decal Junky accepts decal orders by regular mail with a check or money order. To order by regular mail please add your items to the cart, then print the order and enclose a check or money order for the amount of the decals + shipping and mail to the mail order address above.
To receive pricing or information about custom decals attach the artwork if applicable and include the information for the decals. Size, design information, personalization if any and desired quantity. If you want to use an existing decal in our online catalog, include the name of the decal that you want to use along with size quantity and personalization if applicable. When we receive your request we will reply with more information. Images that are copyrighted or trademarked images will not be considered for reproduction without proof of ownership.
To receive shipping information on an existing order you MUST include the order number in the subject line in all correspondence. Decal orders are mailed out on Friday of every week. Cut off time is Wednesday at noon. Orders received after noon on Wednesday are scheduled to mail out the NEXT Friday. Shipping confirmations are sent the email address on the order, the shipping confirmation contains the actual shipping date and a tracking number if applicable.
To suggest changes to an existing order all email inquires MUST include the order number in the subject line of the email. When the change request has been reviewed you will receive a reply stating that the changes have been received.
