DECAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Clean the area where the decals will be applied with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol. This will remove any wax, oil or dust particles that will prevent the decal from sticking. After wiping the area with alcohol it is best to wipe the surface with a cloth dampened with clean water and let dry.
2. Carefully peel the tape and decal away from the paper backing. Hold the decal in position and stick the top or one side holding the other side up away from the surface. Rub the entire area beginning at the top or side that is on the surface and rub firmly from one side to the other using your fingertips or the sharp edge of a credit card. We also offer for sale a great little decal application and removal tool. The decals have a pressure sensitive adhesive the harder you rub the harder it sticks.
3. Remove the application tape by pulling gently in a downward position. If a part of the decal starts to come up away from the surface rub it back down while the tape is still on, then proceed to remove the tape.
Note: The decals will not adhere to a surface that has been waxed. Remove all wax and residue with a cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol or denatured alcohol before application. After the decals have been applied, the surface can be waxed over. The wax will not damage the decal, but will prevent it from sticking.
By default the decals are cut to be applied to the outside. If you want the decals to be cut to be applied to the inside please include that information when you place the order. Toward the end of the order process you are presented with a box for special instructions, please type in the box that you want the decals reverse cut to be applied to the inside. We also welcome any size or design preferences that you may have.
If you get air bubbles in the decal take a pin or needle and puncture the bubble to release the air.
LARGE DECALS APPLICATION
For large decal application, hold the decal in position and stick the top or one side in place. Then using the sharp edge of a credit card working your way from top to bottom with firm pressure to prevent any air bubbles. To apply extra large decals we recommend getting someone to hold the decal in position while the other person rubs it in place. If you are uncomfortable with the process you may consider professional installation at your local sign shop.

Shipping Information:
All decal orders are shipped United States Postal Service. Orders that total up to $10.00 are charged $2.45. Orders that total $10.01 up to 14.99 are charged a flat rate of $3.99. Orders that total $15.00 up to $149.99 are charged a flat rate postal Priority shipping $7.80. Orders that total $150.00 or more are charged a flat rate postal prirority $12.80. Express shipping options are offered during the check out process.
Decal orders are mailed out on Friday of every week, cutoff time is Wednesday at noon. Orders that are placed after noon on Wednesday will be scheduled to mail out the next Friday. If you need the decals sooner please let us know when you place the order. Toward the end of the order process you are presented with a box for special instructions, please type in the box the date that you need the decals and we will work with you to get the decals out at an earlier date. We also offer express shipping options as stated above. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for custom decal orders.
International Shipping:
Shipping charges in the catalog are for shipments within the United States. If the order requires additional shipping an email will be sent listing the shipping options for the order along with pricing. When a reply is received with your chosen shipping method the order will be processed and shipped.

Our company accepts most major credit cards through our online catalog and by phone. We also accept orders by regular mail with a check or money order. Simply follow the mail order instructions below. We also offer the option to check out using Paypal.
