To check the shipping status of an existing order you MUST include the order number in
the subject line of all correspondence.
Shipping Schedule: Decal orders are mailed out on Friday of every week. Cut off time is Wednesday at noon. Orders received after noon on Wednesday are scheduled to mail out the NEXT Friday.
NOTE: The exact time that the order was placed is printed on every order so please check your order if you are unsure about the exact time that it was placed.
Shipping
confirmations are sent to the email address on the order, the shipping confirmation
contains the actual shipping date and a tracking number if applicable.
Shipping notifications are sent out on Thursday of every week. If you don't receive your shipping confirmation by Friday please check your spam folder before emailing.

Suggest Order Changes:
To suggest
changes to an existing order all email inquires MUST include the order number in the subject
line of the email. When
the change request has been reviewed you will receive a reply stating that the
changes have been received.
